Compaction and Packaging Process

The packaging line consists of different systems that work in a coordinated manner to move, compact, strap, and protect the coil.

Coil conveyor table
The process begins with the coil entering a conveyor table, which allows the wire roll to be moved between the different phases of the line.
Hydraulic compactor
The coil passes through a hydraulic compaction system that reduces its volume and improves its stability. Thanks to this process, the roll takes up less space, maintains its shape better, and is easier to store, load, and transport.
Industrial strapping machine
Once compacted, the coil is secured using an industrial strapping machine, which applies plastic or metal strapping around the roll.

Strapping keeps the coil compact and prevents it from losing its shape during transport or storage.
Baler with protective film
Optionally, the industrial packaging machine can incorporate a wrapping machine to apply outer film over the roll. This wrapping protects it from moisture, dirt, rain, and inclement weather, reducing the risk of oxidation or corrosion during storage or transport.
