The system uses an industrial scale to monitor the wire’s weight during the formation of each roll. Once the programmed quantity is reached, the coil automatically moves to the next handling stages: strapping, baling, or labeling.

The 180-degree rotating system facilitates automatic coil removal and allows for a smooth workflow between weighing and subsequent phases.
